Prolifics IBM Business Partner 06-06 – 09– 06 West Coast Practice Manager Managed the West Coast business practice for Prolifics, • Coached team members in utilizing company resources and educational benefits. • Met and partnered with IBM local area representatives, then assigned personnel to work at the client locations. Managed customer expectations and the work performed. We supported SAP, Peoplesoft, Portal, WebSphere, Mainframe & Distributed platforms. • Confirmed that Architects and Programmers were using correct business process methodology approach to analyze the customers requirements.
