Daily Duties at Claims Adjuster:
: (June 1997- December 1999) Investigated, evaluated, negotiated and settled soft tissue Bodily Injury claims. Field adjuster: (June 1995- June 1997) Appraise automobile and other vehicle damage to determine cost of repairs for insurance claims settlement and seek agreement with automotive repair shop on cost of repair. Prepare insurance forms to indicate repair cost or cost estimates and recommendations. Customer Service Representative: (September 1994- June 1995) Obtain information from insured or designated persons for purpose of settling claim with the company. Obtain recorded statements from the insured, claimants, and witnesses to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on claims.
