Resolve claims in multiple states as Florida, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, Washington, Arizona and Virginia. Account Manager: (January 2003 –April 2005) Overseer of 11 Self Insured Retention (SIR) accounts in Phoenix Arizona, Dallas Texas, Las Vegas Nevada and Tampa, FL. Examine claims investigated by insurance adjusters, further investigating questionable claims to determine whether to authorize payments.. Managed a pending inventory of over 1,100 claims. Conduct quarterly site reviews/audits of each account for reporting accuracy and exposure recognition. Handled subrogation for one account and collected nearly $90,000.00. Property Damage Evaluator: (December 2001- January 2003) Reviewed and approved all independent appraisers estimates for accuracy and payments. Assist the Supervisor in training six adjusters on liability, coverage, reserving, estimating and subrogation. Handled the litigation and arbitration claims for the unit. Saved the company $43,000.00.
