Daily Duties at Micron Technology:
Engineering professional. Experience in project coordination and process development with strengths in Research and Development and creating permanent solutions to problematic issues, in pneumatics, electrical, electronic, mechanical and software. Over 12 years of supervisory experience and managing people, equipment and facility resources. Strong technical aptitude, talent for developing technical and non technical staff allowing people to be the best they can in addition to performing interviewing, orientations, recruiting and performance evaluations. Also included assigning daily work to subordinates, and contractors in support of engineering requirements, addressing special engineering and production needs as applicable. Provide technical reports, procedures and updates, and or training to accompany updated of processes. Extensive experience in streamlining processes with strong understanding of data analysis.
