As Chief Financial Officer, managed the finance function with specific responsibility for budgeting, accounting, reporting and compliance. Supported the development and implementation of medium and long-term strategic deliverables of the business to ensure that such deliverables were achieved within the expected timeframes. Additionally, lead teams on the due diligence and research of potential domestic acquisition opportunities, while assisting on three other opportunities. Revampled the internal reporting infrstructure, and positioned the Americas Business Unit as the benchmark for the Asia and Europe Business Units, thus resulting in a cohesive, standardized corporate reporting framework.
