Experienced in managing full life cycle and multiple implementations of large complex environments. • Analyzed “current state” departmental and patient workflows; developed future state operations blueprints; and implemented appropriate best practice polices and procedures. • Reviewed, communicated and managed Clinical Transformation plan activities/resources, including variances to plan. • Provided project leadership and guidance by leading the development of execution strategies with clients, implementing application software, building databases, training end users, troubleshooting issues and engaging in project assignments crossing multiple product lines. • Strong understanding of system development life cycle and process reengineering • Develops and modifies system architectural strategies and designs, to meet functional and technical requirements. • Involved from start to finish in establishing project scope, budget, analysis, requirements planning, solution design, implementation, testing and deployment of live healthcare information systems. • Expert in integration and systems testing for Scheduling, Registration, SurgiNet, General Lab, Charge Service, FirstNet, PowerChart, Radiology/PACS and Pharmacy processes/applications. • Scheduled tasks, deadlines, and milestones for all stakeholders and resources using Gantt charts and provided detailed milestones for all parties. • Propose and Performs Map and Gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge the gap. • Analyze customer work and/or business process flows and actively participate with reengineering their departmental work. • • Help analyze impact of proposed solution on existing technology platforms • Assist in the review of enhancements and projects after implementation to ensure compliance to specifications and meeting goals of the effort • Translate customer requests into applications reporting specifications, to develop applications and reports. • Assist in determining and resolving application and system problems
