Responsible for preparation of bids and proposals in response to RFP’s; office management/executive assistant as required; maintenance of marketing customer database and files; attending proposal/solicitation openings and other subsequent marketing meetings; preparation and the coordination of trade show detail; configuration of comparative, analytical studies; creation of teaming agreements and non-disclosures to conform with corporate policies; application and implementation of legal facets, i.e., FARs/DFARs in contract proposals, as well as, acquiring IT products for existing customers; research and development for acquisition of all levels of opportunities, federal, state and local levels; delivery of detailed presentations to corporations for consideration in teaming efforts, & enlistment of potential customers for commercial, as well as, government contracts
