SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER

  • Leads interaction with company and customer management teams, at the highest levels, to understand business objectives, industry trends, business assumptions and constraints related to an ICOMS (Integrated Communications Operations Management System) solution opportunity
  • Develops and documents business requirements and designs that portray business needs for multiple major business functions, how those functions interact, and what the Company solution(s) could do to support those business needs
  • Works with the design team to make certain that the technical/business design matches the overall/high level requirements and system needs for complex systems/products
