Daily Duties at Cleartel Communications:



TOTAL CARE ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Provide customer service by receiving incoming service calls from major business customers
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to responding to first-level technical support for e-mail configuration, dial-up, dedicated connectivity, and web hosting
  • Display outstanding service skills in every conversation with existing/potential customers
  • Meet call handling performance metrics for average handling time, volume of calls answered, and not available time
  • Forward all unresolved issues to appropriate department as required
  • Track all order and tickets
  • Responsible for selling Cleartel Communications products to customers within an assigned territory and/or assigned accounts
  • Solicits orders from present and prospective customers
    •
