Daily Duties at Outercurve Technology:
• Managed the supply chain to ensure all orders were fulfilled including the all hardware and service requirements. Interfaced with different vendors and fulfillment location to ensure that client deliverables were made. • Ensured Inventory Integrity is within established guidelines and projected numbers from the sales team. Assisted in automating the entitlement process and order fulfillment for devices through ASP, COM objects and stored procedures in SQL Server 7. • Coordinated with suppliers and distributors to ensure that return processing and deliverables were completed within a 48 hour timeframe • Relationship managed with Quality Assurance group to define test plans for new features and functions and bug tracking, prioritization and fixes
