Daily Duties at Shoe Show, Inc.:

Scope of responsibility includes daily operations, management, recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory control, administration and the sales, marketing and customer service function. Lead a staff of 85 at thirteen locations in three states. Prepare and deliver workshops on a variety of topics including interviewing techniques, time management, delegation/follow up, and goal setting. Coach managers and employees on performance management, career counseling, corrective action process, and employee relations issues including legal and regulatory compliance issues.
