Daily Duties at Allied Tube And Conduit:
- Manage a three-shift operation, including supervisors in a union environment. - Responsible for departmental inventory and replenishment. - Currently implementing in-process improvements to increase productivity, reduce material losses and decrease down-time. - Work in conjunction with engineering department to update process for efficiency and evaluate new equipment. - Coordinate production with the mill-manufacturing department. - Revise SOPs and JSAs where necessary. - Responsible for training of new and current employees.
