In charge of approximately 15 annual bids, equivalent to over $1 million in spent funds in categories such as construction, athletics, and other operational areas. Assisted in managing an ongoing program of efficient, cost-effective procurement of goods and services while adhering to applicable state and local prevailing laws and policies. Developed, maintained, and directed appropriate bid and purchase cycles for significant amount of commodity categories of items to be procured by the district. Served as the district’s Assistant Records Manager to help oversee, develop, implement, and monitor the district’s records management program.
