Daily Duties at Mercy Home Health :
During my tenure at this position I functioned in many capacities. I processed payroll for entire agency. Approximately 40 people on a bi-weekly basis. I did scheduling for several years for all of the field nurses, aides, physical therapists as well as occupational therapists. I would be called into the office to work in a data entry/secretarial capacity on an as needed basis as well as performed as a Home Health Aide for many years. My duties as an Aide included performing Activities of Daily Living and related services for the sick and disabled persons under our care. Collected vitals and performed mini assessments on these patients also. Office duties included processing 485’s. Doing chart audits, processing ADR’s and many other miscellaneous duties.
