Daily Duties at Concordia Home Help :
Responsible to staff cases contracted through Area Agency on Aging in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. Interacted with many case managers/case workers throughout the counties. We had approximately 150 patients and 75 staff members assigned to the patients. All cases from the county must be tracked and managed to ensure that the number of visits provided didn’t exceed the number contracted. I was responsible for scheduling, billing, hiring, firing, annual performance reviews, criminal background checks, and all associated HR matters for new hires. Billing was performed through Promise Website for all of the Allegheny County patients and all others were processed by paper.
