Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the daily HR activities for a polymers manufacturing company with 250 associates with plants in three states. • Establish and maintain relationships with all site HR personnel to assist associates with questions and concerns • Collaborated with Site Managers and HR personnel at each location to develop Training and Certifications for each position in the company • Discovered and corrected $30,000 in incorrect benefit carrier enrollment
