Daily Duties at Co Chemical Co:
Responsible for process operations, safety being a top priority. Mixed specified raw materials, as per batch sheet, in large mixers/reactors to manufacture surfactants. Pulled raw material samples and samples of the product being mixed, for laboratory analysis. Accurately performed laboratory analysis and interpreted analytical results for process control and product acceptance. Accurately monitored gauges, meters or computerized controls of mixers/reactors during process control. Experienced in packaging or storing finished products, and efficiently handling the clean up, dumping and storing of waste materials.
