Daily Duties at Emulsion Systems:
Packaged finished product, transferring it, via air pumps and two inch hoses, from large storage tanks, mixers or reactors, into fifty-five gallon drums, totes, tank wagons and rail cars. Responsible for unloading raw materials needed for process operations, from tank wagons and rail cars delivered to Emulsion Systems plant, using air pumps and two inch hoses to make the transfer into storage tanks. Unloaded raw materials in fifty-five gallon drums, delivered by tractor trailers, by using a forklift and stored them in designated storage area. Handled the clean up and dumping of spills by using a fifty-five gallon shopvac. The spill was then transferred from the shopvac to a storage tank designated for waste.
