Daily Duties at Inconen:
• Responsible for technical recruiting for contract positions primarily for the aerospace industry - engineers - structural, stress, mechanical, electrical, electronic and software – as well as CAD designers and drafters and technical writers. • Also responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, assisting the marketing representatives by following up with client managers for feedback, negotiation of offers and updates/status of open positions. • Wrote advertisements for local and national publications. Environment: Windows 95, MS Word, Explorer, Email; Pagemaker Contact Management System
