Daily Duties at Sepa Systems:

• Responsible for job development and technical recruiting for contract and permanent positions including but not limited to: programmers, business analysts, software engineers, project managers, systems administrators, technicians, technical writers as well as other IT disciplines. • Schedule candidate interviews, negotiate offers, reference checks, pre-employment drug screens and background checks. • Provide employment verifications. • Process contractor weekly payroll. • Complete workers compensation payroll reports, policy renewals and annual audits. • Complete and maintain contractor paperwork – contracts, W-2, I-9, Direct Deposit, etc. • Complete client company contracts. • Post and update job postings on DICE as well as other niche job boards. • Enter candidate resumes into SmartSearch on line database. • Maintain company files including employee records. • Maintain client contact, lead generation and marketing calls. Environment: Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer 6.0; APS Inc.’s SmartSearch Contact Management System.
