Daily Duties at Strategic Staffiing Solutions/National Technical Systems:
• Technical recruiter for IT disciplines including but not limited to: Software engineers/developers/ architects, Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, Quality Analysts, Database Administrators, Technical Writers, Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, etc, for contract and direct hire positions for multiple location national accounts throughout the United States. • Responsibilities include: Interview candidates, schedule candidate interviews, check references, manager feedback and closing both candidates and managers through the hiring process. • Coordinate third party Associate Suppliers and consultants regarding skills, availability and rates. • Work closely with account managers identifying client needs and job development. • Sales support and lead development for account managers. • Internet sourcing utilizing major job boards as well as niche sites, users groups, with emphasis on personal contact referral based recruiting. Environment: EZAccess, Sendouts, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Windows, MS Word, Excel
