Aanlyze project risk; exercise sound judgment on revenue recognition; ensure adequate reserve for remaining efforts; track project performance; develop action items for performance improvement and risk mitigation; monitor contractual obligations; flag scope creep and suggest additional service to prevent revenue loss or to increase revenue; assist project managers in project budgeting, alignment of project scope and fees, cash flow analysis; act as business consultant, provide business advice and promote intelligent business decisions; report and communicate critical issues to top management; audit project accounts
