Daily Duties at Accident & Injury Analytica:

Consultant / Forensic Specialist / Expert Witness, 01/2002 to Present Oversee operations of a forensic business that utilizes physics and mathematics to evaluate and determine causes and liabilities of auto accidents. Work collaboratively with a team of two forensic engineers, an IT engineer and police officer. Interface regularly with clients that consist of primarily insurance companies and attorneys. Conduct investigations into auto accidents, gathering and compiling data for use in court cases. Prepare reports and provide expert witness services for court case. Examine and test accident victims to determine if the forces within the accident that could have led to the claimed injuries/pain, or if the claimed injury(s) sustained were due to the accident or a pre-existing condition. Determine the velocity and vectors of the vehicle(s) by crush, skid marks and additional applications of the laws of physics in order to determine cause(s) and liability. Prepare reports of findings for attorneys/insurance companies detailing methodologies of the studies, results of studies, involved variables and recommendations.
