Daily Duties at Allscripts, Inc:
Implementation Specialist/Trainer Provider of: software, services, information and connectivity solutions PM/EHR/EMR that empower physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver best-in-class patient safety, clinical outcomes and financial results. • Assessed client project management needs, workflow, directional and bi-directional data conversion analysis and developed long term plans accordingly. • Developed, revised and packaged training materials • Facilitated technical training workshops on Document Management, Electronic Medical/Health Record, and Practice Management Systems suite of software via instructor-led, web-based, conference style for large/small groups, and using train the trainer model for Practices, Clinics, Healthcare systems, and Hospitals. • Participated in training, and coaching other trainers, and support staff on new product releases.
