Healthcare organizations enhance the patient experience at home, in the hospital and in the physician’s office through innovative solutions such as kiosks, Web self-service patient portal applications. • Managed the project planning, estimation, negotiation, change process and the implementation of Kiosk Self-service devices. • Provided training for patients, clinical and office staff members via web-based and in a classroom setting. • Created and customized training materials for Physician Scheduling, Bill Pay, and Patient Scheduling/Registration.
