Daily Duties at Continental Airlines:

• Developed a simulation model of the existing de-icing facility at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. • Performed “what-if” analysis. Output parameters like utilization of lanes and trucks, average number of flights in queue were compared by changing number of lanes, trucks and type of trucks. • Created an analysis tool to determine the optimal number of lanes and truck configuration for a given flight schedule. • Developed an IPAQ application for data collection in airports using Embedded Visual Basic.
