- Oversee problem resolution with origination, processing, underwriting, closing, warehouse lines, compliance, quality control, and secondary marketing delivery of mortgage loans for three mortgage branches and eleven bank branch locations. - Staff VA LAPP Underwriter and FHA DE Underwriter. - Manage Profit and Loss activities to ensure long term growth and profitability. - Stay abreast of activities within the Mortgage industry and markets to develop Company strategies. - Leading a team of 12 processors, underwriters, managers, and general office staff towards meeting company goals and objectives. - Responsible for execution of business plan taking company production from scratch to an annual production of 60 million dollars.
