Daily Duties at Micro Clean, Inc.:

Oversee and dispatch jobs to approximately 25 technicians in 3 departments, including providing all necessary job details, paperwork, and directions to the technicians on a daily basis. Work with customers to quote and schedule certification work upon request and also based on yearly cycles, as well as assisting with invoice preparation. Administrative assistant duties included general clerical duties such as filing, copying & payroll preparation. Reception duties included directing visitors to their destinations, sorting mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones, setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry, sending faxes and emailing. Also worked to pioneer the development and use of a custom web-based quoting and invoicing program.
