Daily Duties at Aigcs:

Obtained and Reviewed new claims information from Claim System. Obtained copy of Policy and determined if loss would be covered. Contacted Insured or other Pertinent Parties to determine the cause, kind and extent of the damage. Obtained Appraisal from Independent Adjuster or Estimate from Insured, Claimant or Other Pertinent Party. Determine Subrogation Potential & assigned to Subrogation Dept if needed. Negotiated Settlement with Insured, Claimant or Pertinent Parties. Paid and Closed claim in claim system. Kept all pertinent documentation for claim & input notes into Claim System. Handled claim in a timely and appropriate manner.
