Founder / Chief of Staff / Doctor of Chiropractic, 09/1981 to 07/2001 Established and oversaw all operations for this Private Practice comprised of three Doctors of Chiropractic one Medical Doctor, one Acupuncturist, one Licensed Massage Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, and a Medical Assistant. Primarily performed orthopedic, physical medicine and chiropractic medicine. Recruited, hired and trained all employees. Build and managed operations budget and managed all aspects of finances. Coordinated sales and marketing of practice’s services. • Successfully built clinic from the ground up and sold business for a profit.
