Pharmacy Technician • Greeted patients with excellent customer service • Received and filled prescriptions for pharmacists • Called and faxed in for refill authorizations • Called insurance for authorizations or tars • Performed general office tasks • Reorder meds through McKesson • Filed away prescriptions, organized medication on shelves • Completed inventory and restocking of medications • Accepted cash, credit and check payments, calculated cash drawer. • Utilize PC to enter and retrieve patient data • Answer multi-line phone, operate fax and copy machine
