• Provided administrative support to all office personnel, including President, Executive Vice-President and General Manager. • Negotiated contracts for cleaning services, company uniforms, extermination services and office equipment. Ensured that the terms of these contacts were fulfilled satisfactorily. • Participated in group ISO certification meetings. • Oversaw customer orders from start to finish ensuring timely production to fulfill delivery requirements. • Ensured adequate supplies of necessary materials were readily available to meet manufacturing demands. • Trained, supervised and evaluated Co-Op students • Maintained a positive relationship between customers and the company.
