Promotional Products Sales Manager, 2001 – 2004 • Increased sales: 2003 increase 30%, 2004 increase 40%. 1.7mm sales for 2004. • Coached sales staff of 40 to bring in new sales and penetrate existing accounts through modeling, observation and feedback. • Sold and implemented, from concept to completion, 10 company store programs for: Thermo Electron, Genzyme, Bose Corporation, Philips Medical, Axcelis Technology, Babson College, Phoenix Technology, Munters Moisture Control, FM Global, Inc., and Chesterton. This resulted in 1.7mm sales for 2004 • Developed $140k worth of custom products and distributed globally to over 230 worldwide locations for holiday gifts to 11,000 employees for top Fortune 500 account • Generated new business through targeted mailings, email marketing, custom website, lunch and learn meetings, and customer shows Custom Products Operations Manager, 1998 – 2001 • Managed operational integration of newly combined Promotional Products and Print Production Department to reduce costs • Streamlined procedures to integrate operations, creating a unified Custom Product Department that was cross trained in print and promotional products to more adequately meet the demands of the sales and customers • Set up vendor relations program reducing the number of vendors and negotiated preferred pricing agreements with key suppliers Promotional Products Operations Manager, 1996 – 1998 • Managed staff to source, quote, order and bill promotional product orders supporting a sales staff of 30.
