Finance & Management ·Performed special ad hoc projects as directed by the CFO and President, using Excel. ·Contributed budgetary, financial data and profit/loss analysis to the strategic planning team. ·Created Success West, a team-building and results-oriented project planning tool for my team. ·Served as an accounting systems controls person for security roles and system permissions. ·Provided income statement review, and detailed actual-to-budget variance explanations/analysis. ·Prepared the monthly cash forecast of disbursement and collections.
