Start-up private developer of network-based scanning and searching software. LAN Manager Coordinated acquisition, installation, maintenance, and support of Windows-based network in US, India, and Canada. Led testing, troubleshooting, and support of Recollect LAN/Enterprise product suite. Supervised network engineers and product suite specialists. Presented at trade shows. Major Contributions: • Connected US, India, and Canada, architecting and implementing entire network from scratch. • Simplified access to software on centralized server by any network-based PC in world, engineering unique design, and testing numerous configurations on Novell and Windows. • Trained and collaborated with digital solution partners, resellers, and VARs on Recollect suite. • Explored and implemented innovative methods to improve performance and troubleshooting. NOTE: Additional professional history includes roles as Lead Network Engineer, MFS INTELENET-WORLDCOM, San Francisco, California (1995 – 1996), and PC & System Administrator, BAY NETWORKS-NORTEL NETWORKS, Santa Clara, California (1993 – 1995).
