Daily Duties at Nj Manufacturers Insurance Group:

Greeting and assisting NJM insured and clients, while maintaining the Special Investigations Unit. • Managing the workload of 11 investigators and 1 supervisor. • Typing and editing all investigators’ reports/ letters, and opening and closing investigative reports. • Providing via internet database searches with auto track, choice point, NJ Motor Vehicle Commission and NY State Division of Motor Vehicles. • Managing all incoming anonymous phone calls in order to collect information on potential subjects. • Transcribed recorded statements, maintained inventory of video footage and utilized internal database (IRIMS) to cross-reference investigations and policies. • Supported all NJM investigative departments, provided assistance to all SIU and Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor in any on-going investigations. Bodily Injury Department July 1989- December 1992 • Managing phones for the Automotive and Homeowners department, typing letters for those insured to set up appointments for recorded statements and I.M.E exams, setting up files for loss claims, and typing letters for final payment. Personal Injury Protection Department January 1993- December 1996 • Managing phones, photocopying medical files, medical billing, typing letters for numerous doctors’ offices, medical forms, providing information from Microsoft Outlook for medical information on those insured.
