Global Repo Finance Analyst 7/03 -2/05 Analyzed daily P&L for Canadian Repo Tax Portfolio and month end reconciliations. Reported daily and month end P&L for Flex Repo (GIC) Business. Responsible for reporting and reconciling structured deal transactions for Government, Mortgage and Corporate Repo. Responsible for reporting Marked to Market P&L for Repo Structured Deals. Compiled monthly Global Repo Review, highlighting revenue and expense activity as well as new business events. Partook in Budget/Forecasting for Revenue and Expenses related to domestic Repo businesses. Government Debt Finance Analyst 7/03-5/04 Consolidated reporting the daily P&L for Treasury Bonds/Notes, Strips, and Agency instruments and P&L Trend Analyses related to these instruments. Opened new trading books and futures accounts for the Government Debt Traders. Became familiar with BUCS, the accounting system used to track P&L for Government Debt and Bloomberg, used to view all trading positions. Reconciled monthly P&L related to Government Agency new issues. Global FX Control Analyst 2/03 -7/03 Compiled and analyzed quarterly P&L Risk Survey entailing all Global FX exposures. Performed a monthly Currency Translation Adjustment reconciliation. Worked on automating the quarterly survey process to a monthly survey by gathering data from Oracle 11i. GMI Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst 7/02- 2/03 Compiled and analyzed GMI Finance Fixed and Semi-Fixed Expense Analysis. Assisted in the daily reporting of revenue for GMI Finance to upper management. Performed Revenue and Fixed Expense forecasts. Approved and oversaw hierarchy transfers for GMI. Performed ad-hoc reporting requests for upper management.
