Daily Duties at Western States Consultants:
Responsible for managing the construction of 800 to 1000 lots annually for various clients along Colorado’s front range from Ft. Collins to The Pinery. Selected Results: • Managed all budgeting, invoice processing and scheduling • Successfully negotiated with municipalities for the release of over 2mm in letters of credit for clients.
