Selected Results: • Developed new land relationships that supported a new market direction for the Colorado division resulting in a successful division repositioning. • Part of senior management team that successfully re-branded Colorado division to compete in higher and more diverse market segments. • Implemented standardized practices resulting in more efficient budgeting, scheduling and overall project profitability.
