Managed and directed due diligence, planning, engineering design and community entitlements for 2000+/- residential lots. Selected Results: • Developed detailed project tracking systems for upcoming communities that allowed for efficient updating by project managers and real time tracking by senior staff. This led to a more streamlined development process saving thousands of dollars and man-hours. • Successfully negotiated with local oil and gas companies during the planning process to locate sites where impacts to the community would be minimal, both in terms of density impact and market acceptance, while also allowing for full production and access.
