• Processed checks drawn against overdrawn accounts, including qualifying return checks through the Federal Reserve and Chicago Clearing House • Examined large-dollar checks and checks requiring two signatures to prevent fraud • Informed fellow Bookkeepers of any account concerns that might affect their decisions • Contacted customers to resolve any questions or concerns on their accounts • Balanced Oxford’s account with the Federal Reserve • Trained with other Bookkeepers to learn all aspects of the Bookkeeping Department
