• Processed Commercial Loans: opened up new loans; posted principal reductions and interest payments; increased loan balances; updated maturity date; posted rate changes and payment schedules. • Balanced and processed construction loan statements and payoffs; kept track of construction books, special accounts, and interest reserve. • Responsible for billing customers, applied payments to customer accounts. Processed loan payments, invoices, and check requests. Assisted in the collection of past due accounts, researched and resolved short/over payments, processed credit/debit memos. Responded in a timely manner to internal and external payments’ inquiries. • Prepared full and partial payoff statements. Performed research functions when necessary. Built Excel spreadsheets. • Monitored and maintained insurance for mortgage loans: obtained insurance documents from customers and vendors, followed-up on cancellations and renewals, maintained a tickler file and other related duties. • Participated in on-going training.
