Daily Duties at L & M Technologies:
Create and design databases for internal and external shipping documents to include Haz-Mat information. Compile and use information to help streamline paperwork. Create databases to streamline information flow. Input information, compile forms, and inventory Real Property for the Property Office. Working with governmental forms for NASA. Work with Oracle databases and NEMS databases. Responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, includes coordination with vendors, sales staff, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouse and shippers. Monitored inventory and analyzed requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Provided the inventory, organization, and careful transportation of the materials and resources needed by various government agencies.
