Daily Duties at The Warranty Group,Inc. :
Take field reports from outside adjuster and document AS400 system , authorize or deny mechanical repair claims , source more cost effective parts when available. Also take inbound call center calls for claims over 700.00 as well as customer service calls to answer agreement coverage and component listings. Responsible for controlling cost of repairs as well as time management for phone time necessary to adjudicate claims properly.
