Recruited to devise the an electrical engineering methodology to calculate reliability and availability analysis for the Pentagon’s Electric Distribution System to implement Six Nine Criterion on critical load buses inclusive of the following: 161 kV, 13.5 kV, 480 V Substation Switchgears, UG & Overhead Cables & Relaying. 1. Drafted a business proposal that won a $1 million contract for the company. 2. Designed and formatted pre-acceptance procedures and checklists for a physical plant to be incorporated in the specifications for the design build contract.
