Daily Duties at Fannie Mae:

Entrusted to roadmap and manage projects on behalf of this $7B, 5000-employee government-sponsored enterprise providing liquidity and stability to U.S. housing and mortgage markets. Additional accountabilities include continuous process improvement, joint venture partnership development, business development, best practice management, employee development and negotiation. • Implemented successful documented process changes, achieving or surpassing all project milestones and deliverables within time and budgetary constraints. • Recognized as Subject Matter Expert for best efforts platform, growing execution platform to $100MM in less than 1 year. • Cultivated new and existing lender portfolios from 120 to 210+ lenders via strategic marketing and new business development initiatives. • Led major transformation of underwriting operations, implementing automated application of new Spanish findings text and supporting testing effort of No Credit Score pilot. Project management efforts significantly enhanced productivity and quickened underwriting process. • Integrated positive change management platform leading several delivery system and new product launch projects and significantly improving Employee Perspective Study (EPS) results among team members. • Spearheaded development of eCommitONE, best efforts platform for whole loan committing earning receipt of organization’s highest honor, Annual President’s Award, in 2004. Award recognized outstanding performance as Business Lead on Project of the Year. • Continuously developed and implemented process improvements to maximize efficiency in daily operations of acquisitions business, reducing number of man hours required and labor expenses. • Streamlined efficiencies through implementation of web based technological advances.
