Daily Duties at Self Employed:
Principal Consultant providing a broad range of general management, process improvement, and organizational development services to clients such as GE, P&G, Siemens as well as various non- profits. Accomplishments include but are not limited to: - Successfully provided Human Resources leadership as required by clients on a temporary basis until position could be filled by a permanent hire. Participated in the selection. - Achieved cost savings that outperformed targets by 10% by providing directed facilitation enabling clients to develop state of the art, fully integrated project delivery processes. This includes integrating marketing and sales, design and development, project management as well as tracking, customer service, financial and quality control. - Led consultant teams that more than met client financial expectations by implementing new processes in areas such as customer service, accounts receivable and payables, new product development, purchasing, and maintenance - Provided Long Range Planning consulting to various boards of both for profit and non-profit organizations, which successfully revamped direction and aligned the organization with that new direction. - Led consulting on efforts that ‘right-sized’ numerous organizations to achieve short-term financial objectives in a humane manner and without lawsuits. - Consulted on numerous developmental projects that required a broad spectrum of expertise to include organizational design, new compensation schemes, design and delivery of training as well as significant management coaching throughout the engagement.
