Daily Duties at Rusty Eck Ford:

Promoted within 3 months never selling cars before, to the Leasing Manager increasing the failing department to a 65% retention. I restructured the department, created new marketing pieces, and starting relationship building. I then created our first Business Development Center, which was primarily focused on customer retention and maximizing our opportunities through my callbacks and working with the sales consultant. I was able to move to another newly created position, which was the Internet department. I would be teaching most of the staff how to work on computers, capturing emails and using them for marketing campaigns. Became the Blue Oval Certified Manager for our store and our CSI benchmark was always the highest in the region. We also partnered with Higher Gear so we could establish accountability making it an easier transaction for the customer. We also placed Who’s Calling in the store so review during our staff meetings. Creating this intensity certainly focused on new products, it was a morale booster. I continued consulting for the Mustang Deli I put in this Ford Dealership.
