Daily Duties at Hendricks Automotive Group:
Operational duties included growth and profitability of Pontiac, Buick, GMC and Pre-owned sales departments. Enhanced sales processes to increase productivity and maintain the Hendricks core values. Established new desking procedure to ensure total customer disclosure while maintaining profitability. Created accountability structure to improve CSI scoring, volume and employee satisfaction. Assisted planning in sales and advertising promotions of the Hendricks products. Hired, trained and managed new and pre-owned sales staff and management. Worked closely with each sales consultant to secure a strong client base resulting in a consistent and growing referral business. Created campaigns on product model lines consisting of mailers, email blasts and call scripts. My main responsibility was to streamline the process without changing the culture within the workplace. Hendricks stores all run under the same mission statement and we all worked together to ensure things were done the right way. I focused a lot of time on training and outgoing phone scripts. Not knowing what to say when you call and stop everything there. My managers would role-play with their team until everyone was able to do it consistently. Negotiated with lenders to assist clients with the loan programs and the funding process.
