Daily Duties at Antonelli College:

In charge of region reporting, pre-clinic training, team-building, financial budgeting, production and start budgeting, territory strategy, marketing and management, representative development, training, succession planning and upheld performance management standards. Led a region of 17 representatives that performed activities in high schools and adult markets across six states in the recruitment of 1400 college students annually, trained personnel for sales and management positions, and managed a $2 million budget. Performed recruitment function including several managerial territory, zip code list management and school marketing. Conducted selection, hiring and background checks of new admissions representatives, and other personnel functions. Created marketing materials, expanded awareness in the high school market through Public Relations, and conducted CRM and PEOPLESOFT training.
